Candidate Forum District 133 Jan 24th 2024

Patriot Challenger John Perez

John Perez, a licensed professional engineer and longtime community leader, is fully equipped with the necessary tools to bring success to the conservative movement in Texas House of Representatives District 133. Standing up, pushing back, and holding the line for our nation’s founding principles, John runs as the only authentic conservative option in this crucial election.

Unlike his opponent, John is steadfast in the defense of conservative ideals and virtues that the people of HD133 desire. Middle-of-the-aisle politics have no place in HD133, and John will be the advocate that conservative constituents have been without. His track record, both professionally and personally, aligns with his dedication to further the conservative cause.

Growing up in Carrizo Springs, Texas, John holds small-town America near and dear to his heart, advocating for the importance of individual liberty. After living overseas during his formative years, he eagerly returned to Texas to earn his B.S. in Chemical Engineering and MBA from Rice University, the same university where he spends time as an adjunct lecturer.

John comes into this race with a clear vision for the district, one that revolves around advancing policies that restore Texas hope, Texas pride, and Texas grit. The ineffective approach seen thus far representing HD133 simply will not suffice for constituents who desire a true conservative leader of substance, conviction, and action. John will be just that, ensuring that Texas remains a stronghold of conservative integrity.

Having lived in the district for over 20 years, John is the ideal candidate to champion impactful conservative legislation in the Texas House of Representatives. With a strong foundation in business and entrepreneurship, John has the tenacity and courage necessary to bring growth, prosperity, and true stewardship to District 133.

RINO Incumbent Mano Ayala

Our Sincere Message to Mr. Mano DeAyala: District 133:
This undertaking is not from the John Perez campaign. It must be emphasized that we are not in any way characterizing you, Mano, as an “enemy” within the Texas House. We are questioning your relationship with the actual enemies within the Texas House.

Our message is from those who love you, who are your friends and friends of your family, acquaintances and concerned citizens of District 133 who supported you, trusted you, voted for you, and had great expectations from you representing our conservative values in our district in the Texas House of Representatives and now regrettably feel disappointed and even betrayed.

We all agree that you, your wife and sons are very lovely people and many of us are quite fond of you. This is not personal. It’s about changing the direction of our state and our country.

Mano, we urge you to understand the stakes involved and recognize and admit your mistakes and consider making amends by accepting responsibility, apologizing to district 133, and help rectify this grave situation by respectfully withdrawing your candidacy from the District 133 race.

Returning the donations to Dade Phelan, the Pro-Democrat Texans for Lawsuit Reform PAC, the Associated Republicans of Texas Campaign Fund, and the Republican State leadership committee at this point is not enough.
Consider joining the exciting momentum of the opposition and become a whistleblower of sorts, and reveal all the “swampy, good old boy club” corruption and the PACs/lobbyists/special interests sabotaging the process in the Texas House.

We request that you support The Honorable Mr. John Perez for a new wave of freshman constitutional fighters to restore the Texas House. You will then become one of the greatest heroes in Texas history and support our grassroots awareness in district 133 and beyond and the entire state of Texas that is indeed in grave danger of turning blue.

If this sincere message cannot persuade you, then we have no choice but to pursue a course we wish we did not have to undertake but we feel that we have no choice since you have made decisions we cannot and will not accept and feel that it is quite urgent to take strong action to protect our liberties, our values, our families, our faith, our state, nation, and civilization itself. This is our final battle.

Our case against Mr. DeAyala
While we were all bewildered and astonished paying attention to the backstabbing Republicans and their elitists and globalists allies, creating the dysfunction in Washington DC, we were thinking that Mano was taking care of our very conservative district 133 and representing us in the Texas Republican house, as a conservative, with a Republican Senate and a Republican governor. His primary campaign in 2021 had convinced us all that he was the man to entrust in the job and delighted to have him representing us. Mano is very good at talking the talk and photo ops and uses them to this day.

We would like to draw your attention to a serious betrayal to our District, our State and our Country. We acknowledge from the outset, with high hopes we were fully supporting Mr. Mano DeAyala in the current 2024 primary and did so in the May 2022 primary election in house district 133 against his conservative high school friend, Shelly Barineau, where he won by a narrow margin of somewhere around 400 votes, it is now obvious that our trust has been broken.

It is with almost agonizing pain that we must reverse our position and commence a campaign to reverse this betrayal, by unseating this candidate and supporting another truly conservative Texas first, America first candidate. We are not trying to write a “smear piece” on Mr. DeAyala since we don’t know if he is just uninformed, naïve or a collaborator in a more sinister plot. The stakes are too high to take any chances considering what is at stake in our state and country.

For instance, the initial wake-up call was when Mano joined 61 Democrats and voted for the impeachment of Ken Paxton. This woke us up to investigate further and realized that he had teamed up with the house leadership and was brought into the “club” of good old boys and started the betrayal of his constituents.

Mano has been described as “sneaky” by his conservative colleagues because he goes on the House floor and votes a certain way and after the vote tally is finished and when he sees that there is safely a comfortable margin in the direction he actually supports, he goes to the clerk or the Secretary of State and reverses his vote to appear as a champion for his district and Texas. Now we can understand an occasional change of votes but astonishingly he has done this 90 times and becomes a dealbreaker for those who recognize this as dishonest.

Consider this:

Mano can be bought and his record proves it. He wants to “go along to get along” and this is how Texas has gotten into this mess.

Mano Took $309,893 donation from the pro-RINO “Texans for Lawsuit Reform” and voted 24 of 25 times with them when they openly admit they “Give Money to Their Friends”, meaning who they can buy off.

Mano received $61,300 from the swamp establishment RINO Associated Republicans of Texas Campaign Fund, and $51,000 from the swamp establishment RINO Republican State leadership committee Fund.

He voted with over 80 lobby groups 68% of the time
opposes some Republicans more than Democrats
voted to use taxpayers to pay for electric vehicle charging stations
he voted to use local taxpayer money to let tenant sue landlord’s.
Voted to allow grants to hospitals that transition children
approved legislation that buys into “carbon credits”
voted to reconsider a pro-life amendment that had already been adopted
voted for taxpayers to pay for corporate welfare
voted for the creation of a digital ID in Texas
voted for uneven distrib ution of state highway funds
and despite the fact that all of this actual vote record is on the house.gov website he lies and claims these are not true
